I ordered this item, returned and reordered it because there was a tear in the waist and seam. The reordered item had the same tear in the same location.
Disappointed since my wife really likes the modal boxers.

Waist is👌🏽the rest could be a little more snug. I have to pull them up to feel the slight compression. Over all. Not bad.
